The Debut Shimmer is a shimmery statement scissor featuring an iridescent crystal ball on the top of the finger hole to catch the light as you snip smoothly through your hairdressing jobs. If that's not enough, there's four clear 'diamonds' inset in the tension area and a diamanté pivot dial. For ultimate bling, there's another small crystal at the end of the finger rest.
