Shipping policy

We use Express delivery as standard for UK orders, which takes 1 to 3 business days.

Shipping rates:-

Orders up to £84.99:- £6.60 express delivery

Orders over £85.00:- Free express delivery

(Please note that sharpening and servicing work is not subject to the above shipping rates and that return postage for sharpening and servicing work is determined at the point of despatch. During peak periods turnaround time on sharpening and servicing work may be extended)

Palletised Goods:-

We offer free delivery on large, heavy items such as baths and tables (excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands and the Channel Islands).

These items which require a palletised delivery can only be delivered Monday - Friday and cannot be delivered on Bank Holidays.

Prior to despatch of any palletised deliveries you will always be contacted to agree your availability to receive your delivery.

Failed delivery of any palletised goods will be subject to a £50.00 (+VAT) redelivery charge.

Palletised deliveries are curbside only.

Please ensure that you have adequate and able assistance to bring your items from the curbside into your premises.

We cannot deliver palletised items to Northern Ireland.

Buy online, pickup in-store:- Free.

Items will be available to pick up from our Coalville store between 10am and 4pm the next business day. We're open Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
