Our Returns Policy
Online, mail and telephone order customers have the right to cancel their order for a limited time even if the goods aren’t faulty. Finest Edge will offer a refund to customers if you have notified us in writing within 14 days of receipt of goods that you wish to return your order. Goods must be returned to ourselves within a further 14 days after we have been notified.
Your item(s) must be unused, undamaged and in their original undamaged product packaging. After inspection of the returned item(s), if the above returns criteria have been met we will make a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (excluding the return carriage charges).
Please note that should an item need to be repackaged or there are any signs of use or damage, we reserve the right to deduct a restocking/damage charge from the refund amount.
In the case of any returns of non-faulty items we reserve the right to deduct the delivery/shipping charge incurred by ourselves from the refund amount.
We will only refund the return carriage charges incurred by the customer in the event of the delivered item being defective or if we have delivered an incorrect item.
In the event of the transit / product packaging being damaged upon delivery to customers it is the responsibility of the customer to decline the delivery of that item.
Any electrical (or other) items supplied by ourselves which prove to be faulty within the warranty period relating to that item need to be returned to ourselves for inspection prior to being replaced or refunded.
Please note that you will be responsible for making all arrangements for the safe return of goods to us. We recommend you keep the original shipping materials and wrap the return item well to avoid damage in transit.
- If you are shipping a high value item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Please remember to include a covering note including your full name, address and telephone number so we can identify the sender.
- To complete your return, please ensure that you include proof of purchase so that we can identify your return.
