Artero JUNO 11 Super Stripping Knife

The Artero JUNO 11 super stripping knife is perfect for stripping Spaniel and Setter coats.

The knife has 30 very large, triangular shaped teeth.

This super stripping knife was specifically designed to thoroughly remove a greater amount of any finer undercoat with each stroke. 

The knife is made with a bamboo handle and high-end stainless steel blade.

The knife has a special concave blade head and is light-weight and so is very comfortable to use. 

Instructions:

To card the coat: Hold the stripping knife at a 30° angle (almost flat) to the dog's skin. Holding the skin taught, with a locked wrist, gently pass the knife along the coat to remove the fine undercoat. Its size helps to remove a greater amount with each pass. 

To strip the hair: Hold the handle and slide the teeth of the blade through the coat at a 90° angle to the skin. Place the thumb on the convex side of the blade, pinching the hair to release it at the base.
